Tuesdays 7 pm, from April 14th to May 19th, here at Anerley Town Hall. This is a progressive course designed to improve your strength, mobility, and fitness over six weeks.
Whether a complete beginner or an improver, this is the course for you. A maximum of ten people on the course. Really friendly, non-judgmental, ideal for those who are a bit nervous about trying something new. All courses are available to book via the GYMCATCH link below.
