Day Trip to Brighton for the Over 60s

On Sunday, December 1st, seniors are invited to escape to the seaside with a delightful day trip to Brighton. Departing from Anerley Town Hall at 9 am, participants can immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of this iconic city for just £10 per person. The trip includes visits to popular attractions such as The Lanes, Harry Ramsden's renowned fish and chips, The Pavilion, and SEA LIFE Brighton. Tickets are available for purchase at reception from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 3 pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to create cherished memories with fellow adventurers.

Penge & Anerley Christmas Market

Mark your calendars for Friday, December 13th, 2024, as Crystal Palace Community Trust hosts the Penge & Anerley Christmas Market! From 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., come and experience a festive celebration filled with music, stalls, and activities that will put you in the holiday spirit. This event promises to be a delightful gathering for families and friends alike.

Winter Holiday Activities & Food Programme for Young People

Looking ahead, the Trust is also excited to announce the Winter Holiday Activities & Food Programme (HAF) for young people aged 8-16. Scheduled for Monday, December 23rd and 30th, 2024, as well as Thursday, January 2nd, 2025, this program offers a range of engaging and educational activities. Participants can enjoy physical activities, creative arts, group trips, and interactive games while receiving healthy nutritious lunches. It’s an excellent way for young individuals to have fun while keeping active over the holiday break.
