Sadiq Khan, the Mayor of London, and Liam Conlon, vice chair of the Lewisham West and Penge Constituency Labour Party, visited the trust to discuss the work being done with elderly people and youth groups. The Trust Development Manager, Elaine Harrison, welcomed the distinguished guests and highlighted the work done by the trust in the community, particularly with the Eagles group for elderly people and the youth club within 123 Anerley.

During the visit, Sadiq Khan praised the work of CPCT and its efforts to unite the community. He also appreciated the trust's commitment to supporting the elderly and youth members of the community, and for providing them with a safe and welcoming environment to socialize and engage in various activities. Liam Conlon also lauded the work and the trust's initiatives to help its local community.

Elaine Harrison expressed her gratitude towards Sadiq Khan and Liam Conlon for taking the time to visit Anerley Town Hall and acknowledging the hard work of the trust.
