Have you hear about the Mayor of London's 'Young Londoners Fun'?
Do you need help applying to the Mayor of London's 'Young Londoners Fund'?
The Mayor of London's £45 million Young Londoners Fund aims to help children and young people to fulfil their potential, particularly those at risk of getting caught up in crime. It is supporting a range of education, sport, cultural and other activities for young Londoners. The Fund opens on 15 May 2019 with the deadline for applications by midday on Friday 12 July 2019.
Community Links Bromley is working with local community organisations including CPCT to offer information sessions for Bromley’s voluntary and public sectors to learn more about how to apply to the Fund.
Thanks to all those who attended last Thursday’s Information Session on the Young Londoners Fund. If you couldn’t attend, you will find all the presentations here.
The session concluded with discussions about what sort of support might be helpful for those interested in bidding. For this, we have the benefit of independent fundraising specialist, Claudia Demuth. She will be holding free, workshops covering specific themes during the week beginning Monday 24th June. If you're interested in attending please book here. The workshops will be held at Community House in central Bromley BR1 1RH.
There will also be a specific session looking at addressing issues in Penge and Anerley on Friday 21st June, 10am-12 noon. This meeting will be hosted by Elaine Harrison, Crystal Palace Community Trust at Anerley Town Hall. For further information or to book, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
