CPCT held its Annual General Meeting yesterday, bringing together members, supporters, and partners to reflect on the past year and look ahead to an exciting future for the organisation and the wider community.

A key highlight of the meeting was a presentation from Development Officer Elaine Harrison, who spoke about the promising future of CPCT’s youth club. Elaine outlined how the youth club continues to grow as a safe, supportive, and engaging space for young people. She highlighted the importance of investing in youth-focused activities and partnerships, and shared a positive outlook on how the club can further develop to meet the needs of local young people in the years ahead.

The AGM also heard from Liam Conlon, who spoke about the vital role the CPCT building plays in bringing the community together. Liam emphasised how the building is more than just a physical space – it is a hub where people of all ages can connect, support one another, and take part in a wide range of activities. From community meetings to social events and youth programmes, the building continues to be a welcoming and inclusive place at the heart of the area.

The AGM provided an opportunity to celebrate achievements, acknowledge the dedication of staff and volunteers, and reaffirm CPCT’s commitment to supporting the community. With a clear vision for youth engagement and a strong, well-used community space, CPCT looks forward to another positive and impactful year ahead.
