Whether you're returning to exercise after the summer, starting your fitness journey for the first time or looking to take your training to the next level, this supportive small-group programme is designed for you.

Each session combines strength training, bodyweight exercises, functional circuits and cardio workouts to improve your fitness, boost stamina and increase confidence. Every exercise can be adapted to suit your individual ability, making the course ideal for beginners as well as those wanting to progress.

All you need to bring is an exercise mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle; they'll provide the rest.
