The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support for the charity, with responsibility for the business centre, its regular hirers and clients, along with invoicing and other related duties

Hours: 16 hours per week over 4 days – Mon-Thurs, 08:30 am to 12:30 pm

Salary: £14.55 Per Hour (6-month contract)

Reports to: The Trust CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • • General office administration (post, filing, correspondence, supplies)
  • • Point of contact for business centre hirers and clients — booking enquiries, room/space scheduling, resolving day-to-day queries
  • • Raising and sending invoices to hirers and clients; tracking payments and following up on arrears
  • • Maintaining accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client contact details
  • • Reconciling business centre income and keeping financial records for invoicing up to date
  • • Supporting wider charity admin needs as required (meeting notes, data entry, basic HR/admin paperwork)

Person Specification

  • • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple ongoing relationships
  • • Confident with basic bookkeeping/invoicing (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • • Good communicator, comfortable dealing with a range of clients
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • • Experience in a small charity or similar admin role an advantage
