Kinesiology Taping is a technique used to provide support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of movement. We can all do with a little more support now and again.

If you want to have a go at the taping on yourself or for a friend, wear clothing that is easy to access your skin.

Wear a skirt, shorts or loose-fitting trousers if you want to tape an ankle or knee. Wear short sleeves if you want to tape your wrists or arms.
