Appropriate for people at all levels of fitness with the aim being to build up the range of punches over a number of weeks . The sessions will include a mix of boxercise and cardio body-weight exercises along with great music and a focus on getting fit and having fun.
Family friendly - suitable for children aged 13 and over who attend with an adult.
