Our versatile & characterful setting is available for one-off events

Our spacious Main Hall can comfortably host up to 150 guests, making it ideal for both intimate occasions and impactful professional events. Our Long Contour Tables and Green Banqueting Chairs are included with every hall hire. The adaptable layout of the hall allows for various configurations, accommodating everything from seated ceremonies to standing receptions and exhibitions.

Main Hall Hire Packages to Suit Your Event:

Package A An all-day package is available for £1400 on a Saturday (10 am - midnight) and £1100 on a Sunday (9 am- 11 pm), which includes the use of both The Main Hall, Lounge Area & Kitchen.


Package B —
An 8-hour package (any 8 hours between the times above) is available for £1100 on a Saturday and £800 on a Sunday. It includes using the Main Hall, Lounge Area, and Kitchen.


Package C
Friday evenings (5 pm-Midnight) for £700 includes the use of both The Main Hall, Lounge Area & Kitchen—NO ACCESS BEFORE 5 pm.

Please note that bookings can only be made one month in advance unless you are booking a package.

Young People's Event Policy: Parties or discos for individuals aged 11-17 are not permitted at Anerley Town Hall for safety and security reasons. Any bookings made under pretences will be terminated without refunds, and the damage deposit will be withheld. Additionally, parties for those aged 18-20 will require a £1000 damage deposit and proof of age.
